Many have an image in their head of a personal trainer being some muscle-bound "kid" ready to push you like you're a 20-year-old athlete. We're here to change that.

At Cypressene Fitness, we offer something different. Something slower, calmer, and something personally educational. We recognize that your journey isn’t just about reps and sets, it’s about your whole life.
We consider your age, your energy, your hormones, your anxieties, your injuries, your schedule, your reality. We build programming that starts where you are, not where someone else thinks you should be.
Our approach is personal, thoughtful, and rooted in honest relationships. We don’t just break down physical barriers, we help you move through mental ones too. We work towards a mind-body unity by teaching you about your body and how to appreciate it.
How It Works
Train solo, bring a friend or two, or get placed in a pod with a new workout buddy. The more people in your pod, the less each person pays, while still getting personalized guidance. Sessions are capped at 3 people for quality and attention.

All solo/pod subscriptions are billed weekly on autopay to allow for life, vacations,
or a change of pod numbers quickly and easily.
We'll decide how many sessions you want each week,
and your weekly price adjusts automatically.
