Our beautiful Michigan winters being so long, dark, and isolating inspired us to find something to help give folks a reason to get out, move their bodies, and connect with others. It’s fun, it’s social, AND... it’s secret cardio.
If you're like most people, cardio isn't something you're too eager to make time for. Line dancing sneaks in heart-healthy movement without the dread. Plus, its structured steps make it ideal for anyone who feels unsure about dancing, especially those who need clear structure.
No spinning, jumping, or cowboy boots required. Just show up and step in line!

Q. I'm new to this- is this my speed?
A. Absolutely! We teach each routine in small, broken down steps and ask for
feedback throughout to make sure we're all on the same page.
Q. Is this like line dancing bars?
A. Not quite. We only cover 3 routines each night, and
in a very structured manner.
Q. What does one of these nights look like?
A. Firstly, we take 10min or so to get settled and acquainted. From there, Fletcher teaches 3 different routines throughout the evening. You learn each routine to it's original song (if possible), then try it with another genre. There's a break in between each routine, and at the end after learning all 3, each is reviewed and danced again with another genre. This gives you 3 chances to dance to each routine and lock in what you learned!
Q. Do I need cowboy boots?
A. Not at all! Some dance in their socks!
