Service Description

This class teaches you how to pinpoint the common weaknesses that lead to poor posture, and how to strengthen the opposing muscle groups in order to pull the shoulders back and use your core as your primary mover instead of your arms. Though posture is seen as a strictly upper body issue, we will delve into how the kinetic chain works and how your posture actually ties down into your hips, legs, and even your feet!
