"Summer" and "Sleeveless" don't have to be words you dread anymore- we're reclaiming control and rewriting the shame women are taught to feel about their arms. This real and uplifting class will have you feeling those muscles again, as well as some confidence you lost along the way. (NOTE: More than just women may feel shame about the tone and shape of their arms- they're a symbol of power in our culture therefore there's a lot of social pressure around them. All are welcome and encouraged to join us in this class!)
